Middle School Cheer bringing the spirit to our middle school games!
Adair Public Schools is proud to announce that senior Hannah Bond has signed her National Letter of Intent to continue her academic and athletic career at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, where she will play women’s basketball. Veterans Day Breakfast was AWESOME!
At Bernita Hughes Elementary, our students learn by doing! On Election Day, Mrs. Murray's class voted on their favorite cookie. They had to register to vote, get a voter identification card and then vote. They also got a sticker once they voted like adults do! After all votes were accounted for, Oreo cookies won the election!

Our HS Academic team competed in the Green Country Academic Tournament in Chelsea on Saturday and brought home 2nd place!
A special congratulations to Jaxson Bates for earning the High Points Award—answering the most questions of the entire day!
Next up: Regional Quiz Bowl in Commerce this Saturday!

Mrs. Howard’s 5th Grade ELA classes have been busy putting their imaginations to work crafting narrative compositions that reveal the backstory of It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.
They were challenged to answer questions about the Great Pumpkin: Who is he? Where does he live, and why has poor Linus never gotten a visit, no matter how long he waits in his sincere patch?
The students discussed character traits and the ongoing theme of faith, hope, and perseverance. Although the Great Pumpkin never appears, Linus’ belief never wavers, even when others tease him or when he’s disappointed every year.

It was such a joy to see all the students dressed up for Red Ribbon Week—their creativity and school spirit truly made the week special. Our Pre-K students had an especially fun time celebrating the 50th day of school with a festive 50s Sock Hop.
On Friday, each student received a small treat with their meal—a piece of candy—to wrap up a great week.
We also want to extend our congratulations to all the football players and coaches — High School District Champs, 4th Grade Super Bowl Champions, and 1st Grade for making it to the Super Bowl! What an exciting accomplishment for all the teams!
