❄️ Due to inclement weather and hazardous road conditions, Adair Public Schools will be in distance learning on Monday, January 26th.

2026 Spring semester kicked off with our Elementary students getting to choose from four lunch options each day—two hot entrées, a munchable or sandwich, and a daily salad—along with three breakfast choices. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our teachers who take time each morning to help us get accurate counts of students’ favorites. We truly appreciate your support!
A few weeks ago, our 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade classes went on a field trip to the Tulsa Discovery Lab where they got to do hands-on science experiments and all the hands-on learning activities. 1st & 2nd grade will go in February, and PK & K will go in March.

Our Warrior Radio Winners for last week were.Addie Eakin, Drakie Evans, Jaxson Barnett, Roman Blue, and Micahel Crawford. Way to Go guys!
The Chemistry students studied acid-base neutralization using Alka-Seltzer. They learned how antacids neutralize the acid in our stomachs.
Cody Hibbard Night !

Elementary music has started the new year with lots of instruments and creative thinking! In 4th grade, our students had to draw cartoons with only music notes and symbols! Our 2nd grade students have been working on rhythm and have been playing new instruments that have been purchased with ACEE grants!
Congratulations to Gabby Lopez for signing her letter of intent to be a member of the NEO A&M Horse Judging team!
Gabby has been an extremely successful FFA member and will continue her education at NEO, and later work towards earning a degree in Agricultural Education.

January is School Board Appreciation Month, and Adair Public Schools would like to recognize and thank our dedicated Board of Education for their continued leadership and service to our students, staff, and community.
Our board members include Russ Langley, President; Sarah Boyles, Vice President; Stephanie Jackson, Member; Mike Back, Deputy Clerk; and Breanna Grubbs, Member. Together, they work tirelessly to ensure that Adair Public Schools remains focused on what matters most—building champions of all students and creating opportunities for success both in and out of the classroom.
The board’s commitment to our district is evident through their leadership and vision. In 2023, they played a critical role in the passage of a $17 million bond issue, a major investment in the future of Adair Public Schools. Thanks to their guidance and the support of our community, we are currently in the final phase of construction, with the last projects scheduled to be completed this summer.
Serving on a school board requires countless hours of preparation, decision-making, and collaboration, often behind the scenes. Our board members give their time and energy selflessly, always with the best interests of our students, staff, and community at heart.
We are grateful for this outstanding group of leaders and the positive impact they continue to have on Adair Public Schools. Please join us in thanking our school board for their dedication and service during School Board Appreciation Month.

Adair High School FCCLA members recently undertook an inspiring STAR Event project aimed at promoting kindness and preventing bullying among younger students. Members Addaline Spruell, Anna Lyons, and Trinity Kaiser visited Mrs. Heard’s 3rd-grade class to lead an engaging lesson on what bullying is, how to stand up to it safely, and the importance of treating others with respect.
As part of their project, the FCCLA members organized a poster contest to help students express what kindness and anti-bullying mean to them. The class demonstrated tremendous creativity, and after careful consideration, Mila Boswell's poster was selected as the winner.
This STAR Event project not only strengthened the FCCLA members’ leadership skills but also made a positive impact on our younger students. We are proud of their initiative and the example they’re setting within our school community.
